Left that expensive or favourite item behind? Don’t worry we have your back! We keep all lost property for 3 months. Valuable items such as electrical items, watches, jewellery, cameras and mobile phones are kept for 6 months.

Terms & Conditions:

  • There may be a postage charge to return an item.
  • Food & perishable items are disposed of upon cleaning.
  • Any unclaimed items are donated to charity shops if not claimed in accordance with the above time periods.
  • Any unclaimed bank cards will be destroyed.
  • Unclaimed passports will be returned to the passport office.
  • Unclaimed driving licenses will be returned to DVLA.
  • Unclaimed cash/coins will be donated to charity.
  • The Estate accept no responsibility for any items left behind or posted
