The spacious en-suite bathroom offers pure indulgence, with quartz flooring, mood lighting, and underfloor heating. It also includes his and hers sinks, an illuminated mirror, a heated towel rail, and a double shower with body jets for a spa-like experience.
• The fully equipped modern kitchen features sleek granite worktops, a fridge/freezer, oven, and microwave, along with all essential cookware and utensils for effortless dining. As you relax, keep an eye out for some of our local wildlife — you may be lucky enough to spot colourful pheasants wandering the grounds, graceful deer grazing in the distance, or owls calling softly at dusk. The estate is also home to hedgehogs, rabbits, and numerous birds of prey, including kestrels and buzzards, often seen gliding silently overhead.

Our neighbouring farms add to the charm of the landscape, with geese, alpacas, cows, and horses completing the picturesque rural scene.
